One of our professional staff will pay you a complimentary visit to discuss your project.
Architects services: During our visit
Our initial visit is designed to be a personal interactive experience where one of our experienced architects will assist you in formulating a brief for the project and establishing your budget cost aspirations.
During the visit we will explain the design process and timescales in order to achieve a successful project. This will include: initial measured survey work, developing the design, the planning process, the building warrant, the detail design & tendering to contractors and finally the construction phase of the works.
We will also advise on the requirement for other consultants i.e. the structural engineer that you will have to engage. The design parameters set out by the planning authority in which you must comply, the various construction methods available and the use and appropriate incorporation of renewable energy technologies within the design.
